Volunteers are the backbone of our after-school programs. We could not provide the same quality after-school and summer programs without the help of caring and compassionate individuals such as yourself! Consider joining our fun and supportive Little Lights' family in helping out with any of the programs that we offer, and make a difference in the life of a child, a community, and a city.
Homework Club begins September 8 and Youth Group begins September 11. All other programs begin the first week of October.

"I currently teach middle school in the Bronx, NY and am so thankful for the moments I had learning from students in the Little Lights program. My students rock my world--I feel very blessed for the experiences I'm having now and I'm sure I'm a more successful teacher in an urban setting as a result of having spent time with kids in D.C. I hope to come back and volunteer at Little Lights in the future." --Elizabeth Hundley, Spring 2008 volunteer
