Children, Youth, and a New Kind of Christianity

On May 10th, Steve and Mary had the privilege of giving an 18-minute presentation about their work and ministry at Little Lights at the Children, Youth, and a New Kind of Christianity Conference held at Calvary Baptist Church in Chinatown, DC.  The conference was inspired by author Brian McLaren and organized by Dave Csinos, a children’s spirituality researcher and writer.  Other speakers at the conference included Shaine Claiborne, Tony Campolo, and Joy and Jim Wallis.

Later in the afternoon, Steve led a small group of conference attendees on a tour of Little Lights including ministers from New Zealand, Switzerland, England, and the land known as Texas!
