Congratulations on the Graduation!

I had the profound privilege of attending Dwaine Brown’s college graduation from Liberty University on May 12th in Lynchburg, Virginia.  Dwaine grew up his entire life at Potomac Gardens raised by his grandmother and began attending Little Lights programs when he was 10 years old.  I remember how eagerly he attended our summer programs and grew up being a huge part of the Little Lights family.  It seems not long ago when at age 12, Dwaine was brave enough to be the only male member of the choir that took a trip out to California to perform at various churches and functions.  He was a camp counselor in his late teens and early college years and has worked hard to reach the milestone of college graduate.  Dwaine has overcome many obstacles to obtain his accomplishments and we look forward to many more to come.  A huge congratulations to Dwaine Brown for attaining his Bachelors in Communications!
