Going High, Digging Deep!

At the beginning of every semester, the directors designate a day for part-time and full-time staff to spend time together.  We recently had our 2012 Spring Staff Retreat where we went over the mission, vision, and core values of Little Lights.  We broke off into our respective groups to complete a “SWOT” analysis which consisted of the Clean Green Team, middle school program staff, elementary program staff, and the development team. We enjoyed having everyone in the same room to celebrate last year’s accomplishments and anticipate the great things ahead in the coming year.
