Thanks Again! - Korean Presbyterian Church of Washington!

KPCW spent some time with us last week. We enjoyed having them with us again. Here’s what one of the volunteers had to say about their favorite memory.

My favorite memory wasn’t something that happened on a certain day but something that happened over the week. First thing that touched my heart was that some of the kids remembered me from serving last year.
Another memory is just how the kids slowly began to be more open to Austin and I. At first, the kids at the family center were very quiet, well most of the boys were. As the week went by the kids started to open up a little more and began to talk with us.

The biggest challenge for me was probably giving a brief message on the history of Adam and Eve. I never spoke before so I was really nervous. I asked my pastor for some help and he told me some key points to focus on.
Even with the help of my pastor I was still very nervous, so I just asked God for strength and guidance
